When will i receive my order?
If you pay for express shipping you will receive your order in 1-2 days (within U.S), and 3-4 days for international orders.
Flat rate shipping takes 3-5 days for delivery.
How do i get free shipping?
Free shipping is available for all orders above $199.
Orders with free shipping will go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and even on Sundays.
What are the conditions for a refund?
Our packages will always go through safely and discreetly without being noticed.
You will only need a refund if your package is destroyed in transit or gets missing.
All you need to do is contact us and report and missing or damaged product and depending on how you prefer it to be resolved, we can send another package or refund your money.
